Issue body

A customer created an SSO account and then was unable to snapcraft login to that account. They did not set a "store" username. The account-id and Snap store username fields are empty on https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/account/ (the proposed fix for the customer is to set the snap store user field.)
